What can you call this and what will you do?

Look at what this man is doing to somebody's wife i guess. Just because he wanted to write something on the woman's shirt so he has to grab the boobs before he can.
What can you call this? Stupidity or what?
Question: If that woman was your wife and you saw the man doing that thing, what wil you do?
